• Charlotte’s Kitchen @ Paihia Wharf ‘Drop-In’ registration including local foods & local wine - from 1.00pm – 5.00pm (included)
• Copthorne Hotel Check-in from 2:00pm 

 

Monday 19 May 2025: Round 1

• Tournament registration at your Round 1 course from 8.30am for those not registered
• Tee times from 9.00am @ Kauri Cliffs and 9:30am all other courses
• Kauri Cliffs, Waitangi GC, Whangaroa GC
• Lunch included at Kauri Cliffs after your round with a glass of local wine
• Clubhouses open for lunch after golf
• From 6.30pm is ‘Fish & Chips’ Pub Quiz at the Copthorne Hotel (pre-booked only)

Tuesday 20 May 2025: Round 2

• Tee times from 9.00am @ Kauri Cliffs and 9:30am all other courses
• Kauri Cliffs, Waitangi GC, Whangaroa GC 
• Lunch included at Kauri Cliffs after your round with with a glass of local wine
• Clubhouses open for lunch after golf
• From 6pm is ‘Asian Fusion’ night at Charlotte’s Kitchen (pre-booked only)

 

Wednesday 21 May 2025: Rest Day 

• 5:10pm/5:20pm Catch the ferry from the Copthorne Hotel or Paihia Wharf to Russell
• 6:20pm Enjoy dinner at The Duke of Marlborough Hotel, Russell (pre-booked only)

Thursday 22 May 2025: Round 3 

• Tee times from 9.00am @ Kauri Cliffs and 9:30am all other courses
• Kauri Cliffs, Bay of Islands GC, Whangaroa GC 
• Lunch included at Kauri Cliffs after your round with a glass of local wine
• Clubhouses open for lunch after golf

 

Friday 23 May 2025: Round 4 

• Tee times from 9.00am @ Kauri Cliffs and 9:30am all other courses
• Kauri Cliffs, Bay of Islands GC, Waitangi GC 
• Lunch included at Kauri Cliffs after your round with a glass of local wine
• Clubhouses open for lunch after golf 
• 6.00pm – 7.00pm Happy Hour Copthorne Hotel  
• 7.00pm Prize giving dinner at The Copthorne Hotel (included) – Pirates Theme
