Booking Details

• Tournament packages 6 nights with check-in Sunday 18 May and out Saturday 24 May 2025
• Option to add extra nights pre and post tournament 
• Rooms can be offered as single, twin share or double
• A full cooked breakfast is $35pp per day – pay as you go and charge to your room

 

Hotel Cancellation Policy 

• Hotel bookings may be cancelled and refunded only for exceptional reasons up to 30 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your hotel booking within 30 days of the tournament, (after 18 April 2025) all deposits and balance amounts are non-refundable.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended. All cancellations must be in writing to the hotel
