- All incidents however small, must be reported to the on-site PaR nz Tournament Director and / or the Club Manager / Pro Shop immediately. Affected parties may be required to complete an incident report.
- Care should be taken in the following areas

- Be aware of your surroundings, cars & players entering in and around the car park
- Special care on the steep Bay of Islands Kerikeri driveway
- Observe the speed limits on the gravel road leading to Kauri Cliffs
- Care to be taken where public roads cross the golf courses at Waitangi

- Yell ‘fore’ at all times that a ball strays onto another fairway
- Waitangi is located on public trust land – be aware of any walkers and take care crossing the road between holes
- Clubhouse

- Car parks and roads
- Carts – use of carts is at all times, at your own risk. Any damage to carts or property will be entirely at your cost.
- All cart instructions displayed on the carts, notifying no-go zones MUST be observed
- Carts must not be driven in any rough or fescue areas
- Carts must be driven with care at all courses – use of paths is preferred
- Daily cart conditions may be announced and any no-go areas observed
- If for any reason you need to ride back down a fairway, be extra careful of bunkers that have a raised front edge, and therefore invisible travelling a fairway in that direction.
- Make sure that brakes are firmly applied at all times
- Any improper use of carts will not be tolerated and players may lose the right to use a cart for that day or the rest of the tournament
